摘要
中医药治疗精神分裂症主要包括中药治疗、中西结合治疗和非药物治疗。目前,研究存在的不足之处有:由于精神分裂症的特殊性,单独应用中药治疗的研究较少;在临床研究中,由于某些试验的样本量较少,其结论尚需进一步验证;对方药作用机制研究的角度较为单一;中医药治疗精神分裂症仍然缺乏规范统一的模式,疗效评价也尚缺乏中医特色;非药物治疗研究有待进一步丰富补充等。今后,应融入中医状态辨识体系,对精神分裂症前驱期甚至前驱前期的状态进行早期识别干预,增加在“未病、欲病”阶段纯中药治疗的研究;还应深入研读经典古籍,多角度挖掘其他治疗神志疾病的方药并进行作用机制的探究。此外,需要尽可能开展多中心、大样本、随机盲法对照的临床试验,使研究结论更具有说服力;并且逐步建立统一规范的中医药诊疗方案,构建中医特色的疗效评价体系;加强温针灸、心理情志等中医特色疗法的深入研究与联合应用。
TCM treatments of schizophrenia mainly include Chinese medicinal treatment,integrated traditional Chinese and West-ern medicine treatment and non-drug treatment.At present,there are some limitations in the research:Due to the particularity of schizophrenia,there is little research on the treatment of Chinese medicinals alone.In clinical research,because the sample size of some trials is small,its conclusions need to be further verified.The research on the action mechanism of formulas is relatively sim-ple.There is still a lack of standardized and unified model in the treatment of schizophrenia with TCM,and the efficacy evaluation is also lack of TCM characteristics.Non-drug treatment research needs to be further enriched and supplemented.In the future,we should integrate the state identification system of TCM,carry out early identification and intervention on the pre-prodromal or even early stage of pre-prodromal state of schizophrenia,and increase the research on the treatment of pure Chinese medicinals in"dis-ease-free state and disease-impending state".We should also deeply study the classics and ancient books,excavate other formulas for the treatment of mental diseases from multiple angles,and explore the mechanism of action.In addition,it is necessary to carry out multi-center,large sample,randomized blind controlled clinical trials as far as possible to make the research conclusions more convincing,and gradually establish a unified and standardized diagnosis and treatment plan of TCM,and build a curative effect e-valuation system with TCM characteristics,and strengthen the in-depth research and joint application of TCM characteristic thera-pies such as warming needle moxibustion and psychological emotions.
