基于磁保持继电器的大功率低功耗三相交流充电桩的设计

摘要 基于双极型磁保持继电器,设计了一款大功率低功耗的三相交流充电桩,该充电桩具有功耗小、体积小以及成本低等特点,同时支持刷卡操作、显示触摸屏操作、电量检测、紧急停开关以及CP信号控制及检测等功能。通过对样机测试表明,所设计的三相交流充电桩可以在长时间低功耗状态下对电动汽车进行充电。 A three-phase AC charging pile with high power and low power consumption was designed based on bipolar magnetic holding relay.This charging pile has the characteristics of low power consumption,small volume and low cost.It also supports functions such as card swiping operation,touching screen operation,power detection,emergency stop switch and CP signal control and detection.The main structure of charging pile and the hardware circuit structure are designed.It mainly includes magnetic holding relay control circuit,power consumption detection and CP signal control and detection circuit.The prototype test shows that the designed three-phase AC charging pile can charge electric vehicles under the state of low power consumption for a long time,making the system safer and more reliable for charging electric cars.It has the characteristics of low power consumption,small volume and low cost,and can be applied to the field of new energy electric vehicle charging.
