火电厂循环流化床锅炉脱硫脱硝系统运行调整方法研究

摘要 循环流化床锅炉是目前应用最广泛的洁净煤燃烧技术之一,目前在循环流化床锅炉运行中存在的问题较多,这些问题的存在使循环流化床锅炉连续运行时间受到限制,机组可利用率相对降低。文章提出了锅炉在启、停阶段及正常运行期间运行调整上的一些技术、方法,从而实现了循环流化床锅炉脱硫、脱硝安全、经济运行的目的。 The circulating fluidized bed boiler technology of thermal power plant has been continuously applied to the commercial field,and in the next few years,it will usher in an important opportunity period for its development.The economic operation of circulating fluidized bed boiler has achieved remarkable results,and its practicality and economy constantly reflect the unprecedented advantages.Circulating fluidized bed boiler is one of the most widely used clean coal combustion technology,currently in the circulating fluidized bed boiler operation problems are more,the existence of these problems make the circulating fluidized bed boiler continuous running time is limited,unit utilization rate is relatively reduced,the article is the author by consulting a large number of circulating fluidized bed boiler combustion paper and the author summarizes some ideas.This paper summarizes some techniques and methods in the starting and stop stage and normal operation adjustment,so as to realize the purpose of desulfurization,denitration safety and economic operation of circulating fluidized bed boiler.
