摘要
胸部形态特征研究是服装人体体型与形态研究的重要内容,本文研究东北地区青年女性穿着文胸状态下的胸部形态特征,构建胸部特征尺寸回归模型,为该地区女性上装合体性与胸部参数化建模研究提供基础。随机选取东北地区328位18~25岁女性为研究对象,运用主成分分析、K均值聚类、逐步回归等方法,提取能够表征样本胸型特征的5个主成分因子,分别为围度因子、距离因子、高度因子、胸围差因子和形态因子。以特征因子作为分类指标将胸部形态分为4类,选择胸围、乳间距为自变量构建回归模型。研究结果表明,东北地区青年女性胸部形态聚类特征明显,通过显著性检验与残差分析证明各类别胸部特征回归模型有效。
With the continuous increase of people’s requirements for the fit and comfort of clothing,the research on human shape characteristics and classification has become the focus of research in the field of clothing.The study of the shape characteristics of the breast is an important part of the research on human body shape and morphology of clothing field.The shape characteristics of female breasts have a significant impact on tops’fit.Therefore,it is of great significance to carry out research on the shape characteristics of female breasts in different regions and different age groups.In the existing research,there are few studies on the breast shape of young females in Northeast China.Therefore,this paper takes young females in Northeast China as the research object to study and analyze the characteristics and classification of their breasts.In the research of clothing fit,the shape characteristics of the breasts under the state of wearing a bra are an important basis for constructing fit clothing and ready-to-wear design.In this paper,328 young females aged 18-25 years old in Northeast China were randomly selected,and anthropometric measurements were performed using the VITUS 3D body scanner.Referring to GB/T 16160-2017"Anthropometric Definitions and Methods for Garment",17 characteristic variables such as chest circumference,lower chestcircumference and chest width were extracted.And 311 valid experimental samples were finally determined through the data outlier test.Using principal component analysis,we obtained five principal component factors,namely:girth factor,distance factor,height factor,chest circumference difference factor and shape factor.Using the principal component factors as the classification indexes,four types of chest shape were obtained through K-means cluster analysis.Among them,females of the first type have a relatively uniform body shape and a flat chest shape.Females of the second type are thin,with plump,straight and gathered breasts.Females of the third type are slightly fat,with plump,gathered,and slightly sagging breasts.Women of the fourth type are relatively symmetrical in shape,and their breasts are plump,slightly expanded,and sagging.The proportions of the experimental samples of the four types of breast shapes were 21.9%,32.1%,26.7%,and 19.3%,respectively.According to the principal component factor analysis and the shape characteristics of human breasts,bust circumference and breast distance were selected as the independent variables.The stepwise regression method was used to construct the regression models of various breast shape characteristic variables.The validity of the chest characteristic regression equations was verified by variance analysis and residual analysis.The verification results show that the chest regression models of each body type are ideal.The study found that among the five principal component factors,the girth factor and the distance factor have a greater impact on the shape of the chest.Through descriptive statistical analysis and comparison of 3D models,it is proved that the shape characteristics of the four chest types in the cluster are obvious.The four types of chest shape regression models established by stepwise regression analysis have obvious differences in structure,which further illustrates the difference between human body shape categories and breast shape.This paper studies the breast shape classification and regression modeling of young females in Northeast China under the condition of their wearing a bra.It provides reference for the research on breast shape and clothing fit of young females in this area.Due to the limited sample size of the experiment,the accuracy of the chest shape classification and regression model in this study needs to be improved,and the results of the study still have certain limitations.The shape characteristics of the breasts of women wearing bras are the basis for the research on the structure and fit of the tops.Based on the research on chest shape,a parametric 3D model of the chest and human body and a digital avatar can be constructed in the future.At the same time,relevant research such as clothing fit structure design,clothing virtual design,and virtual fitting can be carried out.
