摘要 牛路河特大桥为主跨195 m钢筋混凝土拱桥,主拱圈为单箱双室截面,标准段截面尺寸为7.8 m(宽)×3.6 m(高)。主拱圈42个节段采用横向整体、纵向分节段在梁场分段匹配预制,拱圈节段预制完成后由运输车运至起吊区,采用“四点抬吊”法起吊。拱圈节段采用“缆索吊机+斜拉扣挂法”由两岸向跨中逐节段对称吊装,每个节段吊装就位后,节段间纵向接头采用企口+胶拼的方式连接,并张拉对应的扣索、锚索,直至跨中合龙。为保证拱轴线线形平顺,主拱圈纵向设6道湿接缝、1个拱顶现浇合龙段和2个拱脚现浇段,以调整节段预制和拼装产生的误差。 The Niuluhe River Bridge is a reinforced concrete arch bridge with a main span of 195 m.The arch ring,which were prefabricated into full-width segments,would be erected using cableway cranes and a cable-stayed cantilever assembly system,and the double-cell box cross-section of a typical segment measures 7.8 m(width)by 3.6 m(depth).The 42 constituent segments were fabricated by long-line matching method in a plant and transported to the specified area at the construction site for“four-point”lifting.The erection of the arch ring segments were proceeded from the two shores towards the midspan.Once finished,segments were connected via the tongue-and-groove details and glued.When one segment was erected into position,the corresponding fastening and anchor cables were installed and tensioned,the procedure was carried on until the midspan closure.To ensure the smooth axial alignment of the arch ring,six cast-in-situ joints,one cast-in-situ closure segment at the arch crown,and two cast-in-situ arch springing sections were reserved,so as to adjust the bias in the prefabrication and assembly processes.
