TLR4、VEGF在皮肤黑色素瘤组织中的表达及其与临床病理特征的关系

摘要 目的探讨TLR4、VEGF在CMM组织中的表达及其与临床病理特征的关系。方法将88例CMM患者作为研究组,另选择同期收治的行手术治疗的71例皮内痣患者为对照组。采用免疫组化方法检测两组患者病理组织中TLR4、VEGF表达,分析其与临床病理特征的关系。结果TLR4、VEGF在CMM组织中的阳性表达明显高于皮内痣(P<0.05)。不同Clark分级、淋巴结转移的CMM患者TLR4、VEGF阳性表达比较有差异(P<0.05)。Spearman相关性分析结果显示:VEGF表达阳性和TLR4计数同样呈正相关(r=0.451,P=0.000)。结论TLR4、VEGF在CMM组织中呈阳性表达,Ⅲ~Ⅴ级患者较Ⅰ~Ⅱ级患者TLR4、VEGF表达更显著;转移患者较原位患者TLR4、VEGF表达更显著。TLR4、VEGF两者表达呈显著正相关。
