摘要
进入互联网时代,管理理念、内涵与功能随之嬗变。无界化管理要打破阻碍组织适应互联网时代环境及其变化的“墙壁”,弱化、淡化、虚化旧的边界,实现资源、信息、数据、技术、经验等的流动、互换、共享与对称分布。无界化高职院校管理创新的策略选择,可以从垂直无界化、水平无界化、外部无界化、地理无界化等方面进行探讨。
The Internet nowadays causes many changes in management concepts,connotations and functions.Noboundary management is to break the"walls"that hinder the organization from adapting to the Internet environment and its changes,and to weaken,dilute,and blur old boundaries,which can realize the flowing,interchanging,sharing and symmetric distribution of resources,information,data,technology,experience and etc..The path and strategy choices of no-boundary management innovation in vocational and technical college can be discussed from four aspects:vertical no-boundary,horizontal no-boundary,external no-boundary and geographical no-boundary.
