精神分裂症患者MIF、EGF及IL-8水平与其认知功能的相关性 被引量:6

摘要 目的 分析精神分裂症患者巨噬细胞迁移抑制因子(MIF)、表皮生长因子(EGF)、白介素-8(IL-8)水平与其认知功能的相关性。方法 选取2018年5月至2021年4月驻马店市第二人民医院收治的121例精神分裂症患者设为研究组,同时选取73例同时间段进行健康体检者作为健康组。比较两组MIF、EGF、IL-8水平水平;比较两组认知功能;分析精神分裂症患者MIF、EGF、IL-8水平与其认知功能的相关性。结果 研究组MIF、EGF、IL-8水平均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组连线测验评分高于对照组,视觉记忆、言语记忆、语义流畅性、符合编码评分低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Spearman相关分析显示,MIF、EGF、IL-8与视觉记忆、连线测试呈正相关(P<0.05),与言语记忆、语义流畅性、符合编码呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论 MIF、EGF、IL-8水平与精神分裂症患者认知功能存在一定的相关性,可为临床诊断及治疗提供新的思路与依据。 Objective To analyze the correlation of macrophage migration inhibitory factor(MIF),epidermal growth factor(EGF),and Interleukin-8(IL-8)levels and cognitive function in patients with schizophrenia. Methods 121 patients with schizophrenia admitted to The Second People’s Hospital of Zhumadian from May 2018 to April 2021 were selected as the research group,another 73 patients who underwent a physical examination during the same period were selected as the healthy group. Compared the levels of MIF,EGF,and IL-8 between the two groups;compared the cognitive function between the two groups;analyzed the correlation between MIF,EGF,IL-8 levels and cognitive function in patients with schizophrenia. Results The levels of MIF,EGF,and IL-8 in the study group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The scores of the connecting test in the study group were higher than those in the control group,while the scores of visual memory,verbal memory,semantic fluency and conforming coding were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Spearman correlation analysis showed that MIF,EGF,and IL-8 were positively correlated with visual memory and connection test(P<0.05),while MIF,EGF,and IL-8 were negatively correlated with verbal memory,semantic fluency,and coincidence coding(P<0.05). Conclusion MIF,EGF,IL-8 levels are correlated with cognitive function in patients with schizophrenia,which can provide new ideas and basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
