摘要
采用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法(ICP)快速测定布袋除尘灰、炉灰中氧化钾、氧化钠的含量。布袋除尘灰、炉灰经混合酸低温溶解至近干,加入盐酸溶解盐类,对样品中氧化钾、氧化钠元素进行测定,并对仪器工作条件、基体效应、火焰原子吸收法和ICP两种方法的测定进行探讨分析。
In this study, inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometry(ICP) was used to quickly determine the contents of potassium oxide and sodium oxide in bag dust ash and blast furnace ash, the bag dust ash and the blast furnace ash are dissolved at low temperature by mixed acid to nearly dry. Then we add hydrochloric acid to dissolve the salts and determine the contents of potassium oxide and sodium oxide in the sample. The working conditions of the instrument, matrix effect, difference of flame atomic absorption spectrometry and ICP were discussed and analyzed.
