基于Arena仿真的高拱坝混凝土施工系统设备运行效率 被引量:2

摘要 高效的混凝土施工设备协同作业是高拱坝混凝土施工进度、质量和成本的有效保证。为了提高施工系统设备运行效率,优化施工设备配置方案,节约施工成本,加快施工进度,确保施工质量和安全,针对高拱坝混凝土施工设备系统协同作业的多样性及边界复杂性,构建了单队多服务台的施工设备排队服务模型,并基于Arena软件对系统设备运行效率进行了仿真研究。结合具体工程实例进行了模型参数设置和仿真模拟,分析了不同设备配置方案下的设备运行效率,为高拱坝混凝土施工管理提供了决策借鉴。 Efficient concrete construction equipment coordinated cooperation is an effective guarantee for the schedule,quality and cost of high arch dam concrete construction.In order to improve the equipment operation efficiency of construction system,optimize the construction equipment configuration scheme,save the construction cost,speed up the construction schedule,and ensure the construction quality and safety,this paper builds a single team and multiple service stations queuing service model of the construction equipment for the diversity and complexity of the collaborative operation of the high arch dam concrete construction equipment system,and simulates the equipment operation efficiency based on Arena software.Combined with a practical engineering project,the model parameter setting and simulation are carried out,and the equipment operation efficiencies of different equipment configuration schemes are analyzed.The study provides a reference for decision-making of high arch dam concrete construction management.
