摘要
通过熵值法确定城镇化发展质量,基于向量自回归模型探讨城镇化发展质量对房价的影响。结果显示,城镇化发展质量的提高会带动房价的上升,对房价有一定的推动作用。基于脉冲响应与方差分解,提出在提高城镇化发展质量的同时营造一个和谐稳定的房价市场。
The quality of urbanization development is determined by Entropy Method and the impact of urbanization development quality on housing prices is discussed based on vector autoregressive model. The results show that the improvement of urbanization development quality will drive the rise of housing price, which has a certain role in promoting housing price. Based on impulse response and variance decomposition, it is proposed to create a harmonious and stable housing price market while improving the quality of urbanization development.
