摘要
目的观察护理人员在实施膝关节骨性关节炎(中医属膝痹病)中医护理方案的过程中应用“随症采集”法的效果。方法纳入西南医科大学附属中医医院骨科收治的120例膝痹病病人,随机分为试验组、对照组,每组各60例,试验组运用随症采集法实施中医护理方案,对照组给予常规护理,比较两组病人的疗效。结果干预2周后,试验组和对照组病人关节功能评分和疼痛评分比较,实施随症采集的试验组较对照组低(P<0.05);试验组和对照组病人临床疗效比较,实施随症采集的试验组较对照组高(P<0.05)。结论采用“随症采集”法,实施膝痹病中医护理方案,因人、因症实施个体化地中医护理,疗效较好。
Objective To evaluate the effect of the implementation of the traditional Chinese medicine nursing scheme for knee osteoarthritis by"syndrome collection".Methods 120 cases of patients with knee osteoarthritis admitted to the Department of Orthope⁃dics,the Affiliated Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Southwest Medical University were randomly divided into the experimen⁃tal group and the control group,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the experimental group was given the traditional Chinese medicine nursing plan with syndrome collection method,and the efficacy of the two groups was com⁃pared.Results After 2 weeks of intervention,the scores of joint function and pain in experimental group were lower than that in the con⁃trol group(P<0.05).The clinical efficacy of the experimental group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of the TCM nursing scheme for knee osteoarthritis by"syndrome collection",which was carried out according to the per⁃son and the disease,showed significant effects.
