基于响应面法的T型三通管内高压成形仿真与优化 被引量:3

Simulation and Optimization of T-shaped Tube Internal High Pressure Forming Based on Response Surface Method

摘要 在内高压成形过程中,T型三通管出现破裂、起皱等缺陷。本文通过试验和数值模拟相结合的方法研究了其成形过程,提出一种基于响应面法的优化方法。将T型三通管内高压成形过程中的内压力、左右进给量和圆角半径作为优化因素,以三通管胀形高度与最小壁厚为评价指标,采用响应面法构建了因素与目标函数之间的拟合方程,经过对响应面模型方差分析获得了T型三通管内高压成形过程中的最优参数匹配关系。采用最优参数匹配关系进行了试验,获得了胀形高度接近1倍管径、最大壁厚减薄率小于20%的三通管样件。 During the process of internal high pressure forming, the T-shaped tube has some defects such as rupture and wrinkle. The forming process was studied by the combination of experiment and numerical simulation. An optimization method based on the response surface method was presented, that is taking the internal pressure, the left and right feed rate and the fillet radius in the high-pressure forming process of T-shaped tube as the optimization factors, taking the bulging height and minimum wall thickness of the T-shaped tube as the evaluation indexes, the fitting equation between factor and objective function was constructed by response surface method. After analyzing the variance of the response surface model, the optimal parameter matching relation in the high-pressure forming process of T-shaped tube was obtained. The test was carried out by using the optimal parameter matching relationship,and a sample of T-shaped tube with a bulging height close to 1 times the diameter of the tube and a maximum wall thickness thinning rate less than 20% was obtained.
