摘要
以葡聚糖和聚多巴胺(PDA)为原料、环氧氯丙烷(EPI)为交联剂制备葡聚糖/PDA复合凝胶(DPE),并将其应用于亚甲基蓝(MB)的吸附。利用场发射扫描电镜(SEM)、红外光谱仪(FTIR)、电子万能试验机等设备对DPE的结构和性能进行表征。探讨了EPI用量对DPE微观孔径和机械性能的影响,利用紫外可见分光光度计(UV-vis)考察了DPE对MB的吸附性能。结果表明:DPE的微观孔径与EPI添加量成反比,机械性能与EPI添加量成正比。EPI对MB的吸附在80 min左右达到吸附平衡,最大吸附量为36 mg·g^(-1),其吸附行为更符合准二级吸附动力学模型,说明DPE对MB的吸附主要为化学吸附。
Dextran, polydopamine(PDA) and epichlorohydrin(EPI, crosslinking agent) were used to prepare the dextran/PDA composite gel(DPE), and it was applied to adsorb methylene blue(MB). Field emission scanning electron microscope(SEM), infrared spectrometer(FTIR), electronic universal testing machine and other equipments were used to characterize the structure and performance of DPE. The effect of the amount of EPI on the micro-pore size and mechanical properties of DPE was discussed, and the adsorption performance of DPE on MB was investigated using UV-vis spectrophotometer(UV-vis). The research results showed that the micro pore size of DPE was inversely proportional to the amount of EPI added, and the mechanical property was directly proportional to the amount of EPI added. The adsorption of MB on EPI reached equilibrium in about 80 min, and the maximum adsorption capacity was 36 mg·g^(-1). Its adsorption behavior was more in line with the quasi-two-stage adsorption kinetic model, indicating that the adsorption of MB on DPE was mainly chemical adsorption.
