摘要
围绕制约相关领域发展的关键共性技术难题,中海油天津化工研究设计院有限公司开展了“硫化型加氢催化剂高效构建与应用技术”研究工作。总结了中海油天津化工研究设计院有限公司开发的THFS-I硫化型加氢催化剂在中海石油舟山石化有限公司80万t·a^(-1)重整预加氢装置上的工业运行情况。结果表明:THFS-I硫化型加氢催化剂不仅开工过程更高效安全环保,而且展现了良好的加氢脱硫脱氮活性和稳定性。整个工业运行期间,加氢精制石脑油产品完全满足重整装置进料的质量要求。
Focusing on the key common technical problems restricting the development of relevant fields, CNOOC Tianjin Chemical Research and Design Institute Co., Ltd. carried out the research work of "efficient construction and application technology of sulfide-type hydrogenation catalyst". In this paper, the industrial application of THFS-I sulfide-type hydrogenation catalyst developed by CNOOC Tianjin Chemical Research and Design Institute Co., Ltd. in the 0.8 t·a^(-1) reforming pre-hydrogenation unit of CNOOC Zhoushan Petrochemical Co., Ltd. was introduced. The results showed that THFS-I sulfide-type hydrogenation catalyst not only had higher efficiency, safety and environmental protection, but also showed good hydrodesulfurization and hydrodenitrogenation activity and stability.During the whole industrial operation, the hydrorefined naphtha products fully met the quality requirements of the reforming unit feed.
