摘要
DDGS饲料一般使用无内膜的塑料编织袋进行包装,塑料编织袋透气性好,但是受环境温湿度的变化,包装袋内的饲料会吸湿或干燥,对饲料结块有一定的影响。通过实验室恒温恒湿箱模拟环境温湿度的变化,考察样品在不同温湿度条件下的吸湿情况;同时对不同包装物样品的饲料水分变化和结块率的差异进行对比,观察饲料吸湿前后结块率的变化。结果表明:DDGS饲料吸湿明显,当环境湿度达到80%RH以上时,样品水分能上升到18%以上。DDGS饲料在不同的温度下有对应的临界湿度,25℃时的临界湿度为50%RH,30℃时的临界湿度为57%RH。编织袋包装的样品存放一定时间后,若环境湿度大,样品吸湿后水分上升,塑料袋包装的样品水分无变化。同时编织袋包装的样品吸湿后结块率明显高于塑料袋包装的样品,随着存放时间延长,15天后编织袋包装的样品结块率比塑料袋包装的样品高41%。
DDGS feed is generally packaged in plastic woven bags without inner membrane. Plastic woven bags have good air permeability, but due to the change of ambient temperature and humidity, the feed in the bags will absorb moisture or dry, which will have a certain impact on feed caking. In this paper, the moisture absorption of samples under different temperature and humidity conditions was investigated by simulating the changes of ambient temperature and humidity in the laboratory constant temperature and humidity box;At the same time, the changes of feed moisture and caking rate of different packaging samples were compared, and the changes of caking rate before and after feed moisture absorption were observed. The result showed that the moisture absorption of DDGS feed was obvious. When the environmental humidity was more than 80% RH, the water content of the sample could rise to more than 18%. DDGS feed has corresponding critical humidity at different temperatures. The critical humidity at 25 ℃is 50% RH and that at 30 ℃ is 57% RH. After the samples packed in woven bags are stored for a certain time, if the environmental humidity is high, the moisture of the samples will rise after moisture absorption, and the moisture of the samples packed in plastic bags will not change. At the same time, the caking rate of samples packaged in woven bags is significantly higher than that packaged in plastic bags. With the extension of storage time, the caking rate of samples packaged in woven bags is 41% higher than that packaged in plastic bags after 15 days.
