Effects of Heat Treatment on Microstructure and Mechanical Properties of Ti-48Al-2Cr-2Nb Alloy by HIP

摘要 采用PREP法制备的Ti-48Al-2Cr-2Nb预合金粉末,通过热等静压致密化(HIP)制备Ti-48Al-2Cr-2Nb合金。对HIP态合金进行不同温度(1250、1285、1300℃)真空热处理,采用光学显微镜、扫描电子显微镜、万能拉伸试验机对HIP态和不同温度热处理后的合金组织、室温力学性能分析。结果表明:Ti-48Al-2Cr-2Nb合金不同温度热处理可分别得到近γ组织、双态组织、近片层组织,其中,1285℃真空热处理得到的双态组织室温抗拉强度和伸长率最佳,其抗拉强度达到495.5 MPa、伸长率高达1.5%。 The hot isostatic pressing(HIP) Ti-48Al-2Cr-2Nb alloy was prepared using the same component pre-alloy powders by PREP method. After then, the heat treated was carried out at different temperatures(1250 ℃, 1285 ℃ and 1300 ℃).The microstructure of the alloy before and after heat treatment was analyzed using optical microscope and scanning electron microscope, while the room temperature mechanical properties were evaluated by universal tensile testing machine. The results show that Ti-48Al-2Cr-2Nb alloy can obtain near-γ, dual-state and near-lamellar structure respectively at different heat treatment temperatures. Among them, the best tensile strength and elongation of dual-state structure are obtained by 1285 ℃,reaching 495.5 MPa and the elongation rate of up to 1.5%.
