摘要
目前针对项目后评价方法的研究颇多,通过对项目的全面综合评价,可以总结经验与不足,最大可能地避免前期的薄弱环节。相对于其他评价方法,基于对多指标进行建模,利用YAAHP和SPSSAU两个软件进行分析,先就一级指标利用层次分析法确定其权重,然后利用SPSSAU对二级指标确定其权重,综合分析后,将数据输入YAAHP中,最后算得各方案的总权重值,避免人为的主观意识。通过具体案例验证该方法的实用性和可靠性。
At present,there are a lot of research on post-evaluation methods of projects.Through comprehensive evaluation of projects,experience and deficiencies can be summarized to avoid the weak links in the early stage as much as possible.Compared with other evaluation methods,based on multi-index model,using the two software YAAHP and SPSSAU are analyzed.Firstly,the weight of the primary index is determined by analytic hierarchy process,and then the weight of the secondary index is determined by SPSSAU.After comprehensive analysis,the data is input into YAAHP,and the total weight value of each scheme is finally calculated to avoid artificial subjective consciousness.The practicability and reliability of the method are verified by a specific case.
