摘要
空心楼盖在当前的商场结构设计中较为常见,其施工成本低、抗震效果好的特点也扩大了其应用范围。为解决商场地下室结构设计中的空心楼盖应用问题,本文通过对工程案例分析,对商场结构设计中的空心楼盖应用进行研究,并同其他楼盖进行成本、结构比较,提出了空心楼盖施工质量控制方法。对比普通楼盖结构发现,空心楼盖结构由于结构梁数量减少,最大层间位移和位移角较大,且出现的位置较高。空心楼盖的整体质量低于普通楼盖,大大降低了高层建筑的造价,提高了高层建筑施工的经济性。
Hollow floors are relatively common in the current shopping mall structure design,and their low construction cost and good seismic effect also expand their application scope.In order to solve the application problem of hollow floor in the structure design of shopping mall basement,this paper studies the application of hollow floor in the structural design of shopping mall through the analysis of engineering cases,and compares the cost and structure with other floors,and puts forward the construction quality control method of hollow floor.Compared with the ordinary floor structure,it is found that the maximum inter-story displacement and displacement angle of the hollow floor structure are larger due to the reduction of the number of structural beams,and the position of occurrence is higher.The overall quality of the hollow floor is lower than that of the ordinary floor,which greatly reduces the cost of high-rise buildings and improves the economy of high-rise building construction.
