摘要 开发了一种具有较好抗菌保健功能,生产耗能低、环境友好的艾草/莫代尔/Aircell混纺针织纱。阐述了纱线规格和原料特性。根据原料特点制定纺纱工艺流程,选择纺纱设备;探讨了纺纱工艺原则和工艺配置方案,优化并确定了梳棉、并条、粗纱、细纱工序的工艺参数。经成纱质量指标及抗菌性能测试,开发的纱线成纱质量良好,并具有较好的抗菌性能。 A new type of functional blended knitting yarn is developed, which has the advantages of good antibacterial property and health care, low energy consumption, and environment-friendly. The yarn specification and material characteristics are described. According to the characteristics of the yarn materials, the spinning process flow is worked out, the spinning equipment is selected, the guiding principles of spinning process technology and the scheme of process configuration are discussed, the process technology route as well as measures are formulated and implemented, and the process parameters of carding, drawing, roving and spinning are optimized and determined. Through the yarn quality index and antibacterial performance test, it is concluded that the developed yarn has good yarn quality and good antibacterial property.
