摘要
针对传统液压支架控制多采用手动杆控制方式,由人工凭经验操作、效率低等不足。提出了一种基于PLC的液压支架带压移动控制方案。该方案通过S7-200 PLC和相关传感器实现对液压支架的自动化控制,在移架过程中实现带压移架,省去了降柱、升柱等动作。实验结果证明基于PLC的液压支架带压移架控制技术有效可行,较传统机械移架方法具有更高的安全性、准确性和实时性,有效提高了煤炭企业生产效率和工业自动化水平。
The traditional hydraulic support control mostly adopts manual lever control mode,which is operated manually by experience and has low efficiency.A control scheme of hydraulic support movement under pressure based on PLC is proposed.The scheme realizes the automatic control of the hydraulic support through S7-200 PLC and relevant sensors,and realizes the frame moving with pressure in the process of frame moving,eliminating the actions of column falling and column rising.The experimental results show that the hydraulic support pressure shifting control technology based on PLC is effective and feasible,has higher safety,accuracy and real-time than the traditional mechanical shifting method,and effectively improves the production efficiency and industrial automation level of coal enterprises.
