摘要
为解决大宁煤矿大采高工作面顶板控制难,液压支架支护阻力不足等开采难题,以3#煤层四、五采区为工程背景,通过理论分析初步确定了液压支架的支护参数,并采用数值模拟及静应力分析分别核算了支架的支护强度及工作阻力。结果表明:支架支护强度选取在1.1~1.2 MPa较为合理,工作阻力达到12 000 kN能够满足回采要求,最终选用ZY12000/25/55D两柱支掩式液压支架。
In order to solve the difficult mining problems of Daning coal mine′ s large mining height working face roof control,insufficient hydraulic support resistance and other mining problems,with the 4th and 5th mining areas of No.3 coal seam as the engineering background,the support parameters of the hydraulic support were preliminarily determined through theoretical analysis.Numerical simulation and static stress analysis are used to calculate the support strength and working resistance of the support.The results show that it is reasonable to choose the support strength of the support in the range of 1.1-1.2 MPa,and the working resistance of 12 000 kN can meet the mining requirements.Finally,the ZY12000/25/55D two-column support and shield hydraulic support is selected.
