摘要
综述了计算机视觉技术在注塑机智能控制、注塑机模具监视、注塑制品质量、微小塑料零件质量、吹塑产品质量、微塑料等检测领域的应用进展。计算机视觉技术在注塑、吹塑、塑料制品缺陷检测方面的应用,不仅提高了塑料加工精度和准确率,也降低了加工成本,提高了劳动生产率。
The application progress of computer vision technology in injection molding machine intelligent control,injection molding mold monitoring,injection product quality,small and micro plastic parts quality,blow molding product quality,microplastics detection was reviewed.The application of computer vision technology in injection molding,blow molding and defect detection of plastic products not only improves the precision and accuracy of plastic processing,but also reduces the processing cost and improves labor productivity.
