摘要
2022年世界患者安全日的主题是“用药安全”,药物作为医疗机构中最常见的预防和治疗疾病的手段,其管理安全和使用安全存在巨大的挑战性,这与多重因素密切关联。与用药安全相关的问题可能发生在药物使用的各个阶段,受到药物因素、人员因素以及管理因素等多方面的影响,清晰了解并准确识别用药过程中的风险因素对于保障患者用药安全具有重要意义。许多文献与指南已对用药过程中的风险因素进行了分析,并提出应对策略,该文在此基础上进行归纳总结,以期为临床用药安全管理提供参考。
The theme of World Patient Safety Day 2022 is"Medication safety".Medication is the most common intervention to prevent and treat disease in medical institutions,while managing and using drugs are challenging due to multiple factors.Problems associated with medication safety can occur at all stages of medication use and are influenced by various factors,including drug,personnel,and management factors.Therefore,a clear understanding and accurate identification of risk factors in medication use are important to promote medication safety and ensure patient safety.Several literature and guidelines have analyzed the risk factors in the medication use process and proposed strategies to deal with them.This paper summarizes them on this basis to provide a reference for clinical management of medication safety.
