摘要
新冠肺炎疫情的出现,使产业、学业秩序都发生了改变,并形成了新的应对疫情危机的生存体系。文章在分析了我国混合教学现状的基础上,以“洋葱模型”为基础,结合后疫情时代双线混合教学对教师的新要求及混合教学的特点,提出高校教师混合教学胜任力模型,并根据这一模型提出了提升教师教学胜任力的具体策略。
The emergence of COVID-19 has changed the industrial and school order,and a new survival system has formed to cope with the epidemic crisis. Analyzing of the current situation of mixed teaching in China,the new requirements of double-line mixed teaching for teachers and the characteristics of mixed teaching in the post-epidemic era,this paper puts forward the mixed teaching competency model for college teachers and specific strategies to improve teachers’ teaching competency according to this model,based on the onion model.
