摘要
企业通过“以技赋能”参与乡村人才技能培养和开发,提高相对贫困农户的职业技能,使之成为职业人才,能够为乡村人才振兴和产业振兴提供保障。通过研究企业“以技赋能”参与D县人才技能提升效果的影响因素,探究其面临的问题,以期构建科学的技能培训效果评价体系,从加强网络基础设施建设等方面对乡村人才技能提升提出建议。
Enterprises participate in the training and development of rural talent skills through technological energizing,improving the vocational skills of relatively poor farmers and make them become professional talents,so as to provide guarantee for rural talent revitalization and rural industry revitalization.By studying the influencing factors of enterprises'participation in the talent skill improvement effect of D County by‘technological energizing’,this paper explores the problems they face,and puts forward suggestions on the effective improvement of rural talent skills in the aspects of building a scientific skill training effect evaluation system and strengthening the construction of network infrastructure.
