基于模糊层次分析的大型游乐设施关键部件安全性研究 被引量:4

摘要 针对大型游乐设施关键部件安全性问题,提出了一种层次分析法与模糊综合评价法相结合的评价方法,对大型游乐设施关键部件进行安全综合评价。以过山车安全压杠为例,通过层次分析法建立了一套多因素指标评价体系,确定了指标综合权重,并结合专家评价法求出了平均值矩阵最终得到综合评价结果表明,该过山车安全压杠的安全性得分为83.4605分(百分制),对应的安全完整性等级为SIL3,安全性能良好,可继续投入使用。与第三方检验机构所出具的检验结果相吻合,表明该方法具有良好的准确性。 Aiming at the safety of key components of large-scale amusement rides,analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method were used to evaluate the safety of key components of large-scale amusement rides.Taking the roller coaster safety-bar as an example,a set of multi-factor index evaluation system was established by analytic hierarchy process,the comprehensive weight of each index was determined,and then the average value matrix was obtained by combining with the expert evaluation method.Finally,the comprehensive evaluation result was obtained.The results show that the safety score of the roller coaster safety-bar is 83.4605 points(percentage system),the corresponding safety integrity level is SIL3,which has good safety performance and can continue to be put into use.It is consistent with the inspection results issued by the third-party inspection agency,which indicates that the method has good accuracy.
