基于频响法的弹性垫层动态特性试验设备研制

摘要 为更好地测量扣件弹性垫层的高频动态特性,针对轨道系统弹性垫层的结构特点及受力特征,基于频响法原理研制出满足高频和大预荷载工况下的弹性垫层动态特性试验设备。频响法弹性垫层动态特性试验设备主要部件包括激励质量块、预紧螺栓、解耦弹簧、阻滞质量块、弹簧隔振器和测试系统。本文确定了测试有效频率和预荷载范围两个关键参数,对激励质量块、弹簧隔振器、阻滞质量块、测试系统等关键部件进行了设计,并对该试验设备进行了试制和试验验证。结果表明:该试验设备的有效测试频率为20~2 000 Hz,预荷载为0.5~300.0 kN,适用于目前铁路线路的轨下垫板和铁垫板下弹性垫板动态特性测量。 In order to better measure the high-frequency dynamic characteristics of the elastic pad of fasteners and according to the structural characteristics and stress characteristics of the elastic pad of track system,a test equipment for the dynamic characteristics of the elastic pad under high-frequency and large preload conditions was developed based on the principle of frequency response method. The main components of the frequency response elastic pad dynamic characteristic test equipment include excitation mass block,pre tightening bolt,decoupling spring,blocking mass block,spring isolator and test system. In this paper,the effective frequency and preload range of the test were determined,and the key components such as excitation mass block,spring isolator,blocking mass block and test system were designed,and the trial production and test verification of the test equipment were carried out. The results show that the effective test frequency of the test equipment is 20 ~ 2 000 Hz,and the preload is 0.5 ~ 300.0 kN. It is suitable for the dynamic characteristics measurement of the rail pads and baseplate pads for the current railway track.
