摘要
“十三五”以来,贵州省食用菌产业快速发展,已成为带动农民脱贫致富的优势产业之一。以贵州省剑河县、三都县、兴义市和毕节市的海鲜菇栽培企业和基地为重点,对贵州省海鲜菇栽培的培养料种类、来源进行调研,对海鲜菇工厂化栽培营养物中的粗蛋白、纤维素、半纤维素、总碳含量、碳氮比、重金属等指标进行分析和测定,确定了栽培原料的优质主料和辅料物质来源。结果表明,新疆出产的1号棉籽壳、贵州出产的木屑、山东出产的玉米芯、河南出产的2号玉米粉和山东出产的麸皮可作为贵州海鲜菇工厂化栽培原材料供应的首选来源。并对贵州省海鲜菇生产原料存在的问题进行分析,对培养料的开发提出了相关建议。
Since the 13th Five-Year Plan,the edible fungi industry in Guizhou province has developed rapidly,and has become one of the dominant industries to drive farmers out of poverty and become rich.Focusing on the cultivation enterprises and bases of Hypsizygus marmoreus in Jianhe county,Sandu County,Xingyi city and Bijie city,the types and sources of cultivation materials for H.marmoreus cultivation in Guizhou province were investigated.The crude protein,cellulose,hemicellulose,total carbon content,carbon nitrogen ratio,heavy metals in the nutrients of industrialized cultivation of H.marmoreus were analyzed,and the sources of high quality main materials and auxiliary materials were determined.The results showed that cottonseed hull produced in Xinjiang,sawdust produced in Guizhou,corn cob produced in Shandong,corn flour produced in Henan and bran produced in Shandong could be the preferred sources of raw materials for industrialized cultivation of H.marmoreus in Guizhou.The problems of raw materials in the production of H.marmoreus in Guizhou province were analyzed,and some suggestions on the development of culture materials were put forward.
