姬松茸4号不同时期覆土框栽对比试验研究 被引量:2

摘要 通过对采用室内框式栽培的姬松茸4号进行不同时期覆土试验,对比菌丝生长发育情况并估计其产量。结果表明,播种后覆盖复合土,菌丝浓密、生长整齐、污染少,菌丝冒土时间为24 d,生物学效率为39%。播种后待菌丝定植到2/3时覆盖复合土,污染率为11.7%,菌丝冒土时间为24 d,生物学效率为22%。二者之间产量差异达极显著水平。因此进行室内框式栽培时,播种后立即覆土是适合推广生产的栽培方式。 The soil-covering experiments of Agaricus blazei strain No.4 cultivated in indoor frame were carried out in different periods.The mycelia growth was compared and the yield was counted.The results showed that after sowing,when covered by composite soil instantly,the mycelia were dense,grew neatly with less pollution.The time for the mycelia to emerge from the soil was 24 d,and the biological efficiency was 39%.After sowing,when mycelia colonized 2/3 of the substrate,then covered by composite soil,with 11.7%pollution rate,the time for the mycelia to emerge from the soil was 24 d,and the biological efficiency rate was 22%.The yield difference between the two reached a very significant level.Therefore,when carrying out indoor frame cultivation,covering soil immediately after sowing is a cultivation method suitable for promoting production.
