摘要
城市绿色技术创新网络的构建和优化是城市群内涵发展的要求。该文采用2007-2017年长江经济带108个城市的绿色专利数据,基于修正的引力模型及社会网络分析研究长江经济带整体和三大城市群的绿色技术创新网络。结果显示:1)长江经济带绿色技术创新空间关联逐渐紧密,呈现为较复杂、有层次的空间关联网络结构。其中,长三角城市群的网络密度较高,冗余信息逐渐减少,城市之间形成良性互动,苏州、杭州、无锡等有望成为绿色技术创新中心城市;长江中游城市群核心城市的“虹吸效应”不断增强,对周边地区创新资源吸引作用强烈;成渝城市群除省会城市外绿色技术创新能力较低,整体空间差异较大,缺乏桥梁子群。2)二次指派程序(QAP)分析结果表明,地理邻近有利于绿色技术创新空间关联,地区生产总值、人力资本投入、技术发展和信息化水平等的差异对不同城市群绿色技术创新关联的影响存在异质性。
The construction and optimization of urban green technology innovation network is the requirement of the connotation development of urban agglomeration.Based on the green patent data of 108 cities in the Yangtze River Economic Belt from 2007 to 2017,the green technology innovation network characteristics of the whole Yangtze River Economic Belt and three major urban agglomerations were studied by using the modified gravity model and social network analysis.The results show that the spatial correlation of green technology innovation in the Yangtze River Economic Belt of China is gradually closer,presenting a relatively complex and hierarchical spatial correlation network structure.Among them,the urban agglomeration of the Yangtze River Delta has higher network density values,and the redundant information is gradually reduced,which forms a benign interaction among cities.Suzhou,Hangzhou,Wuxi and many other regions are expected to become green technology innovation center cities.The"siphon effect"of the core cities in the urban agglomeration in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River has been strengthened,which has a strong effect on attracting innovative resources in the surrounding areas.Except for provincial capital cities,Chengdu-Chongqing urban agglomeration has low green technology innovation ability and large spatial difference,lacking bridge subgroup.The empirical results of the quadratic assignment procedure show that geographical proximity promotes the spatial correlation of green technology innovation,and the impact of differences in GDP,technological development level,human capital investment and informatization level on the spatial correlation of green technology innovation in different urban agglomerations is heterogeneous.
