摘要
为了改善氯化聚氯乙烯(CPVC)和聚乙烯醇缩丁醛酯(PVB)共混膜的过滤性能,将不同配比添加剂聚乙烯醇(PEG)与1,2-丙二醇(PG)加入CPVC/PVB混合铸膜液中,制备得到改性的CPVC/PVB共混膜。研究添加剂对共混膜表面形貌、截面形貌、接触角、水通量、通量恢复率,以及截留分子量的影响。研究表明:在添加剂PEG与PG的比例为7∶3时,制成的共混膜水通量最佳,可达到957.3 L/(m^(2)·h),并且具有更好的孔通道结构和亲水性;制成的共混膜BSA截留率最佳,可达到94.2%,具有较好的分离效果。
Chlorinated polyvinyl chloride(CPVC)/polyvinyl butyral ester(PVB)blend membranes were prepared by phase transformation method with different proportions of additives in casting solution.The effects of polyvinyl alcohol(PEG)and 1,2-propanediol(PG)additives on the properties of CPVC/PVB membranes were analyzed.The surface morphology,cross section morphology,contact angle,water flux and flux recovery rate of CPVC/PVB membranes prepared under the optimal conditions were tested.Bovine serum protein(BSA)was used as filtration medium to measure and calculate the rejection rate of filtration membranes.The results show that when the ratio of PEG to PG is 7:3,the water flux of the blend membrane is the best,which can reach 957.3 L/(m^(2)·h).PEG and PG increase the hydrophilic groups on the membrane surface,so that the blend membrane has good hydrophilicity.When the PEG to PG ratio is 7:3,the BSA interception rate is the best,which can reach 94.2%and achieve a satisfying anti-fouling effect.
