摘要
对起落架柱塞头深孔加工过程中的工艺难点进行了分析,针对柱塞头深孔根部R封闭、加工过程排屑困难、加工刀具长径比较大且易产生振动等技术难点,制定了一套整体解决方案。通过对公司设备能力和现有加工方案进行分析,采用自制成型扁钻与转接套,并利用转接套将扁钻与BAT深孔钻杆连接,以低转速、小进给方式进行试加工的工艺方法,较好地解决了柱塞头深孔根部R加工的难点。通过试验和生产实践证明,采用该工艺方法加工的深孔根部R经检验符合设计图样要求。扁钻与BAT深孔钻杆连接加工深孔的工艺方法扩展了扁钻在深孔中的应用范围,也为深孔类工件根部典型结构加工提供了一种新思路,并形成深孔孔底典型几何特征加工的工艺方法,成功应用到多个产品中。
It was analyzed that the technical difficulties in the deep hole machining of the plunger head of landing gear,and an overall solution was developed to solve the technical difficulties such as the deep hole root R closing of the plunger head,difficulty chip removal under machining,the large tool draw ratio,and being easy to occur vibration.Based on the analysis of the company's equipment capacity and the existing machining scheme,the self-made fashioned flat drill and adapter sleeve were adopted,and the adapter sleeve was used to connect the flat drill and BAT deep hole drill pipe,with the process method of trial processing which was carried out in the way of low speed and small feed,we better solved the difficulty of R machining of plunger head deep holes root.The test and production practice showed that the deep holes root R processed by this method met the requirements of the design drawings.The process method of flat drill and BAT deep hole drill pipe connecting machining deep hole extended the application range of flat drill in deep hole,it also provided a new idea for machining the typical structure of deep hole workpiece root,and formed the process method of machining the typical geometric characteristics of deep hole bottom,which has been successfully applied to many products.
