主井提升机电控系统电流和速度脉动故障分析与处理 被引量:1

Analysis and treatment of current and velocity pulsation fault of electric control system of hoist in main shaft

摘要 针对安庆铜矿主井提升电控系统升级后,在加速段电流和速度脉动较大、提升机位置偏差故障,逐一排查位置采集增量编码器、脉冲计数编码器和联轴器;确定了故障原因是联轴器齿轮齿面磨损造成齿轮啮合间隙增大,引起脉冲跳变;制定了更换2048脉冲/转编码器、聚氨酯八字形塑胶轴连接器的解决方案;探讨了矿井硬件设备与高精度控制系统相匹配的重要性。 After upgrading of the electric control system of the hoist in main shaft of Anqing Copper Mine,there were faults such as considerable current and velocity pulsation as well as location deviation of the hoist in acceleration stage,thus the location acquisition increment encoder,pulse counting encoder and coupler were checked one by one.It was ascertained that the pulse jump was caused by the increase of gear meshing clearance caused by wear of tooth surface.In view of the situation,the solution of replacing 2048 ppr encoder and splayed polyurethane plastic cement shaft coupler was formulated,and the importance of matching of hardware equipments and precious control system was discussed.
