摘要
对LGM型立磨在运行过程中磨辊大端圆角处焊硬层块状脱落、选粉机下轴承工作温度超高、喷水装置喷淋头损坏导致立磨频繁停机维修等问题进行了综合分析,并有针对性地提出了有效的解决措施,避免了频繁停机维修造成的损失。
The paper comprehensively analyzed three issues resulting in frequent halt of the vertical mill,which involved massive shedding of hard welded coating at big end fillet of the grinding roll,overhigh working temperature of lower bearing of powder separator and damage of spraying nozzle of the spraying device.Moreover,it put forward effective solution,so as to avoid the repair damage due to frequent halt.
