极破碎岩体机械开挖卸荷扰动条件下进路参数优化研究 被引量:4

Optimization on Drift Parameters in Extremely Fractured Rock Mass Under Mechanical Excavation and Unloading Disturbance

摘要 考虑破岩开挖对岩体产生的扰动损伤效应,引入基于岩体波速的Hoek-Brown强度准则。以室内岩石物理力学参数和声波测试数据为基础,利用波速与地质强度指标GSI、扰动损伤因子D间的关系,计算破碎岩体悬臂式掘进机机械开挖卸荷扰动后的岩体力学参数。通过FLAC模拟机械开挖断面尺寸分别为3 m×3 m、4 m×4 m、5 m×5 m的进路,分析回采进路的破坏现象和破坏形式。结合矿山生产需求、悬臂式掘进机行走转弯要求、数值模拟分析结果及现场实施的安全性,推荐悬臂式掘进机机械开采方式下的回采进路断面尺寸为:宽度3.5~4 m,高度3.5~4 m。 Considering the disturbance and damage effect of rock excavation on rock mass,Hoek-Brown strength criterion based on rock mass wave velocity was introduced.Based on the indoor rock physical and mechanical parameters and acoustic test data,the relationship between wave velocity with geological strength index GSI and disturbance damage factor D was used to calculate the rock mechanical parameters of broken rock after mechanical excavation and unloading disturbance by cantilever tunneling machine.FLACwas used to simulate the failure phenomenon and failure form of extracting drift with section sizes of 3 m×3 m,4 m×4 m and 5 m×5 m under mechanical excavation.Combined with the mine production demand,the cantilever roadheader walking and turning requirements,numerical simulation analysis results,as well as the safety of field implementation,the section size of extracting drift was recommended as 3.5~4 m of width and 3.5~4 m of height under cantilever roadheader mechanical mining.
