摘要
内蒙古某含砷锌矿石的锌品位为1.35%,有害元素砷含量较高,占比1.06%,其中锌主要以硫化物形式存在。为高效回收该含砷锌矿石,基于工艺矿物学研究,开展了磨矿细度、砷抑制剂、捕收剂、脉石矿物抑制剂的优选试验。结果表明,当磨矿细度为-0.074 mm占49%时,闪锌矿已基本单体解离,锌回收率达到91.46%;确定砷矿物抑制剂采用石灰+腐殖酸钠,捕收剂采用Z-200,脉石抑制剂为水玻璃,其用量为400 g/t。实验室闭路试验获得的锌精矿锌品位49.02%,锌回收率为97.78%,含砷0.71%,尾矿中锌品位降至0.04%,实现了矿石中有价元素锌的高效回收。
An arsenic-bearing zinc ore in Inner Mongolia has a zinc grade of 1.35%,and the harmful element content of arsenic is relatively high,accounting for 1.06%.Among them,zinc mainly exists in the form of sulfide.In order to efficiently recover the arsenic-bearing zinc ore,based on the research of process mineralogy,the optimization tests of grinding fineness,arsenic inhibitor,collector and gangue mineral inhibitor were carried out.The results are concluded as follows.Firstly,when-0.074 mm is accounting for 49%,the zinc blende monomer is dissociated,and the zinc recovery rate reaches 91.46%.Secondly,it is determined that the arsenic mineral inhibitor is lime+sodium humate,the collector is Z-200,and the gangue inhibitor is water glass,with the dosage of 400 g/t.Thirdly,the laboratory closed-circuit test shows that the zinc grade of the zinc concentrate is 49.02%,the zinc recovery rate is 97.78%,the arsenic content is 0.71%,and the zinc grade in the tailings is reduced to 0.04%,realizing the efficient recovery of valuable element of zinc in the ore.
