摘要
目的:探讨百令胶囊联合马来酸依那普利治疗慢性肾小球肾炎的疗效。方法:选取2019年3月-2020年3月于陕西中医药大学附属医院肾病科住院的80例慢性肾小球肾炎患者,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组,各40例。对照组在常规治疗基础上加用马来酸依那普利,治疗组在常规治疗基础上加用百令胶囊联合马来酸依那普利。比较两组患者的血总蛋白、血白蛋白、血尿素氮、血清肌酐、内生肌酐清除率、24 h尿蛋白定量等实验室指标变化。结果:治疗后,治疗组有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);治疗组的血总蛋白、血白蛋白上升均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);治疗组的血尿素氮、血肌酐、24 h尿蛋白定量下降均显著低于对照组,治疗组的内生肌酐清除率水平显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:百令胶囊联合马来酸依那普利治疗慢性肾小球肾炎疗效确切,同时可以有效改善肾功能及肝功能,改善生活质量,安全有效,为临床治疗慢性肾小球肾炎提供了新选择。
Objective:To investigate the efficacy of the Bailing capsules(百令胶囊)plus enalapril maleate on chronic glomerulonephritis.Methods:From March 2019 to March 2020,and 80 cases were divided into the control group and the treatment group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given enalapril maleate plus conventional treatment,while the treatment group was given the Bailing capsules plus enalapril maleate and conventional treatment.The changes of laboratory indexes such as total serum protein,serum albumin,blood urea nitrogen,serum creatinine,endogenous creatinine clearance rate and 24 h urine protein quantification were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,efficiency in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The decrease of blood urea nitrogen,serum creatinine,and 24 h urine protein in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the level of endogenous creatinine clearance in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Bailing capsules plus enalapril maleate has definite curative effect on chronic glomerulonephritis,and can effectively improve renal function and liver function,as well as improve the quality of life.It is safe and effective,and provides a new option for clinical treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis.
