面对错综复杂的国际安全形势,习近平主席深刻剖析当今世界面临的安全挑战,从人类前途命运出发提出全球安全倡议,为重建全球安全理性注入了中国元素,为弥补和平赤字、破解全球安全困境贡献了中国方案。中国是全球安全倡议的提出者,更是维护世界和平安宁的行动派。全球安全倡议的提出和实践,不仅体现了中国人民对实现自身安全发展目标的自信和自觉,更彰显了积极履行国际责任、促进世界和平发展的大国担当,为构建普遍安全的人类命运共同体指明了前进方向。
In the face of the complicated international security situation,President Xi Jinping has deeply analyzed the security challenges facing the world today,put forward the Global Security Initiative with a view to the future of humanity,injected Chinese elements into the reconstruction of global security rationality,and contributed China’s plan to make up the peace deficit and solve the global security dilemma.China is the initiator of the Global Security Initiative,and an activist for maintaining world peace and tranquility.The proposal and practice of the Global Security Initiative not only reflects the confidence and consciousness of the Chinese people in achieving their own security and development,but also highlights actively fulfilling international responsibilities and promoting world peace and development,pointing out the way forward for building a community of universal security with a shared future for mankind.
