摘要
构建快捷高效且规范安全的远程查档服务,是高校贯彻“三个走向”的具体措施和落实“最多跑一次”改革的生动实践。本文分析了当前高校档案远程利用发展现状,介绍了上海体育学院AI智慧远程查档集成共建模式及特点,并对高校档案远程利用服务趋势进行展望。
The construction of fast,efficient,standardized and safe remote file checking service is a concrete measure to implement the three directions and a vivid practice to implement the reform of running at most once in colleges and universities.This paper analyzes the current development status of long--distance utilization of archives in colleges and universities,introduces the integration and construction mode and characteristics of AI intelligent long-distance file checking in Shanghai University of Sport,and proposes the trend of long-distance utilization of archives in colleges and universities.
