摘要
为了研究白及胶作为成膜材料制备水溶性复合膜,采用白及胶与海藻酸钠进行混合的方法,探索两者比例及凝结液溶剂的组成,并对薄膜进行相关性能的研究。结果显示海藻酸盐-白及胶两种组分相容性较好、形成的薄膜均一性高,且具有较高的水蒸气传导速率和机械强度,增加凝结液中乙醇比例,白及胶的损失量减小,避免了薄膜厚度不足、机械强度弱、无法成膜等缺点。白及胶具有止血、促进伤口愈合的作用,在实际应用中可减少伤口积液的可能性,也有利于包覆表面保持干爽,同时提高该薄膜在伤口处的分解速率,提高该薄膜材料成为创伤敷料的可行性,有较好的应用前景。
In this paper,water soluble composite films were prepared with Bletilla Striata gum as film material,the optimal techniques were confirmed including the proportion of Bletilla Striata gum and the ethanol content of condensate,and the physicochemical properties of the films were studied.The results suggest that as the proportion of ethanol increased,the loss of Bletilla Striata gum reduced.The water vapor transmission rate of the composite films was high,and the prime reason was that the compatibility of the two components of the composite films which are both polysaccharides was good,and the two components were propitious to form hydrophilic and uniform films.In practice,the film could reduce wound effusion,keep the wood dry and has a good application prospect.
