摘要
为探究柴胡疏肝散对APAP引起的急性肝损伤是否有治疗作用,试验将36只ICR小鼠随机分为6组,每组6只。分别为空白组、APAP(300 mg/kg)模型组、柴胡疏肝散(40 mg/kg)对照组、APAP+柴胡疏肝散10 mg/kg组、APAP+柴胡疏肝散20 mg/kg组、APAP+柴胡疏肝散40 mg/kg组。试验结束后采血检查指标。结果:40 mg/kg柴胡疏肝散对于治疗APAP引起的急性肝损伤有明显效果,使得升高的ALT、AST活性明显降低。结论:40 mg/kg柴胡疏肝散对APAP引起的小鼠急性肝损伤有良好的抗炎、抗氧化作用。
To investigate whether chaihu hepatic dispersion has a therapeutic effect on acute liver injury caused by APAP.Methods:36 ICR mice were randomly divided into 6 groups of 6 mice in each group.They were the blank group,apap(300 mg/kg)model group,the control group of saihuhu hepatic dispersion(40 mg/kg),the APAP+chaihu hepatic dispersion 10mg/kg group,the APAP+chaihuhu liver dispersion 20mg/kg group,and the APAP+chaihuhu liver dispersion 40mg/kg group.Blood collection after the test is completed to check the indicators.Results:40mg/kg of chaihu hepatic dispersion had obvious effects in the treatment of acute liver injury caused by APAP,resulting in a significant decrease in the activity of elevated ALT and AST.Conclusion:40mg/kg chaihu hepatic dispersion has good anti-inflammatory and antioxidant effects on acute liver injury caused by APAP.
