摘要 生猪饲养管理中,健康养殖模式越来越受到养殖户推崇,传统生猪养殖对生态环境产生不同程度的破坏,同时药物使用不科学使很多病原体对抗生素的耐药性显著增强,抗生素药物残留所造成的食品安全问题成为消费者普遍关注的热点焦点问题。转变传统生猪养殖模式,积极推广无公害养殖技术,是当前生猪养殖领域需要重点研究的内容。乳酸菌作为一种优质、安全、高效的益生菌,它能有效调节猪群的胃肠道环境,有效抑制和杀死各种致病性病原体,改善胃肠道平衡,增强肠道黏膜的免疫功能,维持良好的肠道屏障,让猪群更好地消化利用饲料。在猪饲料中添加适量的乳酸菌,能更好地促进生猪健康生长发育。该文探讨了乳酸菌对新生仔猪、断奶仔猪、生长育肥猪、母猪的作用,以期为饲养管理方式做出有效调整提供一定参考。 In the current process of pig breeding and management,healthy breeding models are becoming more and more respected by farmers.Traditional pig breeding has caused varying degrees of damage to the ecological environment.At the same time,unscientific drug use behavior has made many pathogens significantly resistant to antibiotics.Intensified,food safety issues caused by antibiotic drug residues in animal-derived foods have become a hot issue of general concern to consumers.Changing the traditional pig breeding model and actively promoting pollution-free breeding technology is the focus of research in the current pig breeding field.As a high-quality,safe and efficient probiotic,lactic acid bacteria can effectively regulate the gastrointestinal environment of pigs,effectively inhibit and kill various pathogenic pathogens,improve gastrointestinal balance,and enhance the immune function of the intestinal mucosa.Maintain a good intestinal barrier,and pigs can digest and utilize feed better.By adding an appropriate amount of lactic acid bacteria in the pig feed,the healthy growth and development of pigs can be better promoted.In this study,the effect of adding lactic acid bacteria as a beneficial flora to feed on newborn piglets,weaning piglets,growing and finishing pigs,and sows was discussed,in order to provide a certain reference for effective adjustment of breeding management methods.
