预制空心保温剪力墙试验研究及延性分析

摘要 为解决传统的预制实心剪力墙结构自重大以及运输不便等不足,并避免预制夹心剪力墙内外页墙板的连接问题,提出一种预制空心保温剪力墙(PHISW)结构。为研究PHISW的抗震性能,对2个剪力墙试件进行低周反复荷载试验。试验结果表明:PHISW破坏模式以弯曲破坏为主,承载力与现浇实心剪力墙相近,但延性系数略低。基于此采用ABAQUS建立数值分析模型,并分析了轴压比、暗柱箍筋直径和间距、暗柱纵筋配筋率以及空心率这四个参数对PHISW延性的影响。数值模拟结果表明:模拟分析的滞回曲线与试验结果吻合较好,轴压比、暗柱纵筋配筋率以及空心率对PHISW延性影响显著,暗柱配箍对PHISW延性的影响较小。建议轴压比设计值不大于0.4,暗柱箍筋直径不宜小于8 mm,箍筋间距不宜大于150 mm。暗柱纵筋配筋率建议取值为1.49%~3%,墙体空心率不宜大于25%。 To address the shortcomings of the traditional precast solid shear wall structure,such as heavy self-weight and inconvenient transportation,and avoiding the connection between the inner and outer wallboard of the precast sandwich shear wall structure,a precast hollow insulation shear wall structure(PHISW)was proposed.To investigate the seismic performance of PHISW,low cyclic loading tests were carried out on two shear wall specimens.The experimental results indicate that bending failure is the dominated damage pattern of the PHISW,the bearing capacity is closer to that of the cast-in-situ solid shear wall,but the ductility coefficient is slightly lower.The finite element model was then established by ABAQUS to evaluatethe effects of axial compression ratio(ACR),stirrup diameter(SD),stirrup spacing(SS)and longitudinal reinforcement ratio(LRR)of a concealed column,and hollow ratio(HR)on the ductility of PHISW.The achieved numerical results show that the hysteresis curve agrees with the test well.ACR,LRR,and HR have a significant influence on the ductility of PHISW,which is less affected by SD and SS.It is suggested that ACR should be beneath 0.4.The SD should not be less than 8mm and the SS shall be controlled under 150 mm.The suggested value of the LRR of a concealed columnis 1.49%~3%,and the HR of the PHISW is unsuitable to be greater than 25%.
