摘要
采煤工作面智能化、透明化程度对矿井协同开采及安全高效开采具有重要意义。以山东枣庄矿区付村煤矿为工程背景,提出了智能采煤工作面协同开采的技术思路及其技术路线,阐述了三维地质建模、采煤机与液压支架精准控制等关键技术原理。工程实践表明:基于三维透明地质模型的智能开采技术可实现截割曲线自动规划、刮板输送机自动调直、采煤机自动割煤等功能,具有较高的技术经济及社会效益。
The degree of intellectualization and transparency of coal mining face is of great significance to cooperative mining and safe and efficient mining.Taking Fucun Coal Mine in Zaozhuang Mining area in Shandong province as the engineering background,the technical thoughts and technical route of collaborative mining in intelligent mining face are put forward,and key technical principles of 3D geological modeling,precise control of shearer and hydraulic supports are expounded.The engineering practice shows that the intelligent mining technology based on 3D geological model can realize the automatic planning of cutting curve,automatic straightening of scraper conveyor,automatic cutting of shearer and other intelligent functions,which has high technical,economic and social benefits.
