摘要
目的 总结中医药外治法在化学治疗(简称化疗)所致胃肠道反应肿瘤患者中的研究进展。方法 以“中医药”“外治法”“化疗” “胃肠道反应”等为关键词,采用计算机检索中国知网、万方、维普数据库中 2000 年 1 月至 2021 年 8 月关于中医药外治法应用于肿瘤 化疗所致胃肠道反应的相关文献,从传统疗法和新疗法与新技术两方面进行总结与分析。结果 中医药外治法包括灸法、针刺疗法、 耳穴埋籽法、脐疗、足疗、穴位贴敷疗法、穴位按摩疗法等传统疗法,以及穴位注射疗法、穴位埋线法、穴位埋针法、经皮神经电刺激疗 法等新疗法及哈慈五行针、子午流注治疗仪、电子灸治疗仪等新技术,上述疗法防治化疗所致胃肠道反应的效果均较好。结论 中医 药外治法作为一种辅助治疗方法,可改善患者机体状况,提高患者自身对化疗的耐受性,保证其能按时、足量地完成化疗。
Objective To summarize the research progress of the external therapy of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)in tumor patients with gastrointestinal reaction induced by chemotherapy.Methods The relevant studies on the application of the TCM external therapy in tumor patients with gastrointestinal reaction induced by chemotherapy in the databases of CNKI,Wanfang and VIP from January 2000 to August 2021 were searched,with"traditional Chinese medicine""external therapy""chemotherapy""gastrointestinal reaction"(Chinese)as keywords,and the studies were summarized and analyzed from two aspects of the traditional therapy,the new therapy and new technology.Results The TCM external therapy included traditional therapies such as moxibustion,acupuncture,auricular buried seeds,navel therapy,foot therapy,acupoint application therapy and acupoint massage therapy.The TCM external therapy also included new therapies such as acupoint-injection therapy,acupoint catgut-embedding therapy,acupoint needle-embedding therapy and transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation,and it also included new technologies such as Haci five elements needle,meridian flow therapy device and electronic moxibustion therapeutic instrument.The above therapies and technologies is effective in the prevention and therapy of gastrointestinal reaction induced by chemotherapy.Conclusion As an auxiliary therapy,the TCM external therapy can improve the patients'physical conditions,and their tolerance to chemotherapy,and ensure that patients can receive chemotherapy on time with enough course of treatment.
