摘要
基于天然橡胶(NR)胶乳中大小橡胶粒子具有不同的分子结构,通过离心分离得到小橡胶粒子(SRP,平均粒径<300 nm)和大橡胶粒子(LRP,平均粒径300 nm),研究了不同SRP/LRP质量比(10:0,7:3,5:5,3:7和0:10)对NR力学性能的影响。结果表明,硫化胶的扭矩差值和交联密度随SRP含量的增加而上升,拉伸强度、定伸应力、撕裂强度和硬度等常规力学性能也随之提高;Mooney-Rivlin方程对应力-应变曲线拟合的结果表明,拉伸诱导结晶的起始应变在SRP/LRP质量比为3:7时达到最低。硫化胶的动态疲劳性能随LRP含量的增加先上升后下降,当LRP的比例达到50%及以上时,样品的动态疲劳性能显著提高;在SRP/LRP质量比为3:7时,温升和压缩永久变形最低、疲劳寿命最长。以上发现为通过调控橡胶粒子粒径,实现对NR性能进行设计提供了依据。
Considering the different molecular structures of small and large rubber particles in natural rubber(NR)latex,the small rubber particles(SRP,average particle size<300 nm)and large rubber particles(LRP,average particle size≥300 nm)were obtained by centrifugation in this work.The effects of SRP/LRP mass ratio(10:0,7:3,5:5,3:7 and 0:10)on the mechanical properties of NR were studied.It shows that the torque difference and crosslinking density of vulcanizates increase with the increase of SRP content.The conventional mechanical properties such as tensile strength,modulus,tear strength and hardness follow the same trend.Furthermore,the results of Mooney Rivlin equation fitting to the stress-strain data show that the initial strain of strain induced crystallization(SIC)is the lowest for the sample SL73(m(SRP):m(LRP)=3:7).The dynamic fatigue properties of vulcanizates first increase and then decrease with the increase of LRP content.When the proportion of LRP reach up to 50%,the dynamic fatigue properties of the samples increase significantly.When the mass ratio of SRP/LRP is 3:7,the temperature rise and compression set are the lowest and the fatigue life is the longest.The study provides a basis for designing the properties of NR by adjusting the proportions of rubber particles.
