摘要
近年来,随着相关政策的出台,国家提出要加强培养应用型人才,在此政策的影响下,高职院校的人才培养方案以及策略均发生了改变。现如今,在高等职业教育不断深化改革以及“百万扩招”的时代背景下,国家对于高职院校建筑工程技术专业人才的需求正在不断提升。高职院校应当结合时代的发展培养创新型优秀人才,重新提出教育标准的相关内涵,为学生提供一个良好的学习环境,提升人才核心竞争力,进而更好地推进职业教育的发展和进步。
Recent years,with the promulgation of relevant national policies,the country has proposed to strengthen the cultivation of applied talents.Under the influence of this policy,the talent training programs and strategies of higher vocational colleges have changed.Nowadays,the country's demand for professional talents in higher vocational colleges is constantly increasing.In the context of the continuous deepening and reform of higher vocational education,higher vocational colleges should combine the development of the times to cultivate innovative talents,and in the context of the expansion of one million enrollment,they should re-propose the relevant connotations of education standards for students Provide a relatively good learning environment to better promote the rapid development and progress of vocational education.This article synthesizes the relevant information and literature of past scholars,and proposes the training strategy of construction engineering technology professionals based on the background of the expansion of one million enrollment.
