摘要
利用ANSYS Workbench可实现发动机支架的强度校核,基于德国标准VDI 2230可实现安装螺栓的强度校核。对强化试验时出现损坏的某叉车发动机支架进行建模分析,结果显示支架和安装螺栓强度都不满足要求,与实际情况相符。通过加强支架同时增加安装螺栓数量的方式改进支架结构,使其顺利通过了强化试验,验证了分析的准确性。
The strength check of the engine bracket can be realized based on ANSYS Workbench,and the strength check of the mounting bolts can be realized based on the German standard VDI 2230.Modeling and analysis of a forklift engine bracket that was damaged during the strengthening test showed that the strength of the bracket and the mounting bolts did not meet the requirements,which was consistent with the actual situation.By strengthening the support and increasing the number of mounting bolts,the structure of the support was improved,and the strengthening test was successfully passed,verifying the accuracy of the analysis.
