摘要
介绍了高浓度含硫废水的处理技术,并通过现场模拟试验,对催化氧化法工艺去除含硫废水中的高浓度硫化物进行研究,分析探讨了氧化还原电位、催化剂浓度、空气流量及停留时间、反应温度等因素对硫离子去除率的影响,对生成的硫黄产品进行了评价。结果表明:采用DGM型氧化再生催化剂和DKL型高效气液混合反应器的催化氧化工艺,处理工业高浓度含硫废水是可行的,在氧化还原电位为-80~-50 mV、催化剂质量浓度为260~300 mg/L、空气流量为6.0~6.5 m^(3)/h、空气停留时间为15 min、反应温度为40~42℃的最佳反应条件下,硫离子的去除率可达99%以上,反应体系所得的固相产物为单质硫,实现了废水中的硫化物变废为宝,工业应用前景好。
The treatment technology of high concentration sulphur-containing wastewater is introduced,the removal of high concentration sulfide in sulphur-containing wastewater by catalytic oxidation process through field simulation test is studied,the effects of oxidation-reduction potential,catalyst concentration,air flow,residence time,reaction temperature and other factors on the removal rate of sulphur ions are analyzed and discussed,and the sulphur products generated are evaluated.The results show that it is feasible to treat industrial high concentration sulphur-containing wastewater by using the catalytic oxidation process of DGM oxidation regeneration catalyst and DKL high-efficiency gas-liquid hybrid reactor.Under the optimal reaction conditions of-80--50 mV redox potential,the catalyst mass concentration of 260-300 mg/L,the air flow of 6.0-6.5 m^(3)/h,the air residence time of 15 min and the reaction temperature of 40-42℃,the removal rate of sulphur ions can reach more than 99%.The solid-phase product of the reaction system is elemental sulphur,which realizes the sulfide in wastewater and turns waste into treasure and has a good prospect of industrial application.
